“SEA & PALMS” is a bright and spacious apartment facing the sea, on the Promenade, with magnificent views of the Mediterranean.

It faces east-southeast and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living-dining room with table and chairs for 8 people, and two sofas with two and three seats in front of the television.

The 12 m² terrace is ideal for reading or outdoor dining: it has a table, four chairs and four armchairs.

“SEA & PALMS” is a spacious 140 m² apartment on the seafront on the Torrevieja promenade with magnificent views of the Mediterranean.

The house is very bright. It is oriented east-southeast and has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living-dining room with table and chairs for 8 people, and two sofas (2 and 3 seater) in front of the television.

The 12 m² terrace is very pleasant for reading, eating or simply listening to the sea waves: it has a table, four chairs and four armchairs.

The apartment is equipped to accommodate up to 8 people. It has 6 single beds of 90×190 cm (two of them together to form a double bed) and a double of 150×190 cm in the master bedroom. In this one, there is also a desk in a corner, with WIFI.

The kitchen was completely renovated in 2017 and is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and small appliances necessary for comfort (coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle etc …) and other appliances such as shopping cart and vacuum cleaner. It has a small breakfast bar. It has a Nespresso coffee maker.

In the living room there is air conditioning with heat pump. It has electric radiators in all rooms. Plasma TV with more than 100 national and foreign digital channels (there is a list of channels available in the house).

The apartment has a baby cot and a high chair for babies. You can also request a bed with bars for small children. In the house there is an iron and a hair dryer.

Smoking is not allowed, except on the terrace. PETS NOT ALLOWED
